Everything you need to know about ordering a hand-painted oil reproduction.
Is the painting really hand-painted?
Yes. Every reproduction is 100% hand-painted by our team of skilled artists — no mechanical prints or digital reproductions. We use traditional oil painting techniques on premium canvas, with careful attention to brushwork, texture and layering.
How long does it take?
It usually takes our artists about 2-3 weeks to complete an oil painting, depending on the difficulty of the subject. More complex works may need a little longer to reach the quality we insist on.
Can I see the painting before it ships?
Yes. We offer online proofing: once the painting is finished we send you a photo for approval. If anything is not perfect we revise it until you are completely satisfied.
What if I choose a frame?
Framed paintings arrive ready to hang out of the box. If you order the reproduction alone it is carefully rolled into a protective tube, and you can have it stretched and framed locally.
What about returns?
We offer a 45-day return policy. Return the artwork within 45 days of receipt in its original packaging and receive a full refund.
